Refund policy
We want you to ride with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied, here's how we handle returns:
Returns
- Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
- Helmets and safety gear that have been worn cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges We offer exchanges for size or colour where stock is available. Contact us to arrange.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours but before 6 PM IST of placement, provided the order has not yet been shipped or processed for fulfillment.
To request a cancellation, please contact us at support@wanderermotorrad.com with your order number and reason for cancellation. We will confirm receipt and process your request within 5 business day.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for next steps.
